Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Bots - Development and Consultancy

  • A series of pre-programmed steps that guide an operator through a process or activity, retrieving and/or sending data to/from various applications (Web, Windows) as required
  • It can contain decision steps to cope with any combination of circumstances.
  • It can also directly access data relevant to the process using DB connections (SQL Server, Oracle, Access, Excel etc.)
  • It can prompt for yes/no, lists, text, notes or numeric/currency inputs and prompt for confirmation that manual step(s) have also been completed. Lists can be populated programatically from other systems.

Personal Process Assistants (PPA)

  • PPAs (Personal Process Assistants) are similar to RPAs (Robotic Process Automation) except they are designed to be used by operators who need additional flexibility/human intervention.
  • Instead of running in a completely autonomous mode, they run prompting for information when needed and giving AI guidance to help the operator complete particularly complex tasks.
  • They can be activated during a fully automated Robotic Process Automation bot for more complex processes that need human-interaction.
  • Their configuration data can be managed using our configuration screens available throughout our back office software suite.
  • All actions are audited and timed.
  • Operator notes give guidance as to why a particular path was chosen.
